Customer Portal Help


We are excited to announce that I-Class Pro has replaced Love Admin as our Registration and Membership software. We took onboard the regular feedback
about issues using Love Admin and spent several months researching and testing the possible replacements. In I-Class Pro we have found a system that is
reliable and user friendly and we are confident that you will find it easy to use. If you had previously registered with us before January 2021 but were still on the waiting list, please re-register here.
Members are able to:
Update the information the club holds about you and your children
Pay fees
Track the progress of your child through the Proficiency Award Scheme
Request a Transfer to another class
View and accept club policies
Login to your Customer Portal 24/7 on a laptop or PC or download the App on a smartphone or tablet

Existing members should login using the same email address used for Love Admin.
Click Forgot Password to reset your password. Existing Members should not create a new account.

Prospective Members are able to:
Complete a quick registration
See which classes have openings and filter by age, level or location
Enrol in a class or request a trial session
Join a Waiting List if your desired class is full

Customer Portal FAQs / Common Issues

You have three venues but only classes at one venue are showing.

Click on the pin at the top right hand corner to switch between venues. Classes will automatically be filtered by the venue address showing.

I'm having problems logging in using my email / password.

You can click forgot password to reset it. If the problem persists please contact the office on info@southwarkgymnastics.co.uk

Do I have to store my payment card? Will payments be taken automatically?

You can save your payment details if you choose but this is optional. Payment requests are always sent out via email - you can either pay by bank transfer or
login to the customer portal and pay by card. The auto-pay feature is optional. We actually prefer bank transfers as they are cheaper for us to process.
